What a pleasant surprise!
As I found myself working until 2am Friday night to update my blog before my upcoming U.S. West Coast Road-Trip, I was flooded with new people on my IG.
Finally, I just asked.. where did you hear about #TravelBreak?

Everyone who has stuck with me since the launch of my blog knows that I did not have the intention of traveling professionally, and thus did not have the proper photography gear for most of my travels. I’ve recently taken on a Canon 70D and done extensive research on the best apps to edit my instagram photos.
While my photos continue to improve, I don’t feel worthy of the feature! Fortunately, a lot of their readers disagree with me and have joined me on Instagram: @StephBeTravel
I tried to directly reach out to the writer/ editor who featured me, but I could not find a contact, so here it is:

As my mother and grand-mother are long-time fans of Bazaar, I was raised admiring your brand; and it’s truly an honor.
Thank you. Thank you for thinking of me. Thank you for including me. You made my day, and I am sure that of other people who were mentioned on the list.
When persons such as yourself credit free-lance professional travelers, it helps us grow our community and our business. Because of you, we are empowered to inspire others.
Perhaps on your end you were just doing your job, or it was something small. Maybe you knew exactly what you were doing to aid me within the traveler community.
Regardless of your motivation, this little thing which you have done was a big thing for me. While I’ve been featured by press before, this was the first time that I was featured by surprise.
As a society, I don’t think we express our gratitude enough. I hope this message gets to you: Thank you.
